The sashimi has a clear flavor that immediately conveys its freshness. In particular, the wagyu steak is tender and juicy, and when you add a little wasabi, the umami is greatly enhanced. The tempura has a light batter, the shrimp is plump, and the vegetables have a sweetness that makes it hard to stop eating. The deep-fried sea eel with perilla leaves, braised pork, and fried chicken each have enjoyable textures and provide a high level of satisfaction. The finishing dish of nyumen has a gentle flavor that is comforting. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the staff's service is pleasant, making for a comfortable experience.
