Shigenoya

Nestled in a quiet location, Shigenoya is a long-established eel restaurant cherished as a local hidden gem. The eel, steamed using traditional methods and then slowly grilled over charcoal, is plump yet thick, perfectly balanced with a slightly sweet sauce. In the warm and inviting interior, you can enjoy dishes that are especially highly regarded by the locals. The flavor, praised by food experts, is well worth a visit.
