Yamamasa's carefully selected ingredients are used to create seasonal courses. We purchase a variety of ingredients woven by the seasons of spring, summer, fall, and winter in their best condition and prepare them without losing their freshness. Please enjoy the highest quality fresh fish that you will not find anywhere else.
We offer a total of six seasonal dishes: appetizer, sashimi, mountain plate, ocean plate, strong appetizer, and deep-fried dish. A variety of dishes infused with the flavor of seafood. We have prepared accompaniments that go well with sake. Nigiri is not included in this course. Please add it to the menu separately.
