Not as revolutionary as it sounds: ・・・・ On this day, when going to the Tsukemen restaurant Yasube Dotonbori that opened in Dotonbori I passed by this one and thought, "Oh yeah, they opened here! I think there were about 10 people in line at that time. I wanted to buy it, but I didn't want to buy it in case they sold out of tsukemen. But the tsukemen shop was mercilessly out of noodles and I felt blue all at once... I was in full noodle-eating mode, so I wandered around, ate some Kanza and left! And when I looked in front of the restaurant on my way home, there were about five people waiting in line! I was able to buy it now! I was shocked to see the Tsukemenya, but happy to be able to buy the cheesecake that I had been curious about! This store, Brothers Cafe Patisserie Brothers Namba CITY branch, is run by three handsome brothers! They have opened a cheesecake specialty store! People are lining up every day to try their cheesecakes! I remember when this store used to be a men's clothing store. Revolutionizing cheesecake! That's their slogan! Baked rare and medium are available. 680 yen each. The picture of rare is not so good, but I made a whole medium one! The surrounding is crispy, just like Andrew's, which I reviewed yesterday! The cheesecake inside is pudding? Mousse? It's soft. Cheese flavor is weak and lacks punch. Call it a new texture, but... The leaflet says enjoy it freshly baked! but it doesn't seem to make sense because it cools down just by bringing it home. It would be different if you could eat in freshly baked goods right away! Brothers, I like your Ebisu rolls and vegetable chips... I wonder if the rare ones are even better? Next time, if there's no line, I'd like to buy the rare!
