This is a sister restaurant of the popular yakiniku restaurant "Akami Mamagatou" in Ningyocho, Tokyo. The owner, Mr. Miura, carefully selects Wagyu beef from all over Japan, and Ms. Enko, who trained at a French restaurant, prepares unique and appealing dishes. I had been BMing for some time when I learned that there was a menu that could only be eaten through a certain reservation site dedicated to one-person meals. I made a reservation at 9:30 p.m., as I was working overtime and suddenly remembered to put pressure on myself. I dashed out of work and hopped on the last bus from the Roppongi Hills bus terminal to Tamachi on the Chii Bus (a bus that circles around Tokyo's Minato Ward). I had a beef tongue heavy meal and selected hormone charcoal-grilled meat (1,500 yen, tax not included) at NIKIGATOU. Three types of beef tongue are used: smoked, soboro, and spicy. The soboro beef tongue is a little thicker, the fried egg is a little sweeter, and the spicy beef tongue is literally a little spicier. At first, we behaved (?) I enjoyed the different flavors separately, but after the middle stage, I mixed them up in my bowl. The beef tongue is of course tasty, and the spinach namul is a nice addition. Selected Hormones are Hatsu, Mino, and Yang. We appreciated the kindness of the waiter to prepare a shichirin (a seven-stone charcoal grill) for grilling these three pieces of meat. I also appreciate the fact that they prepared different kinds with very different tastes and textures, and of course, they are delicious. In addition to the above, vegetable soup, homemade kimchi and homemade namul are included in the set, which is impossible to find for this price! Vice Sour (550 yen) I ordered this because it is rare to drink Vice at a yakiniku restaurant. It has been a while since I have had it, but it is still delicious. Between you and me, the moment I finished my meal, paid my bill, and left the restaurant, I thought to myself, "If only they offered this menu at the Roppongi Hills branch of Nikigatou, I wouldn't have to go to Tamachi. This is the place to enjoy delicious meat, amino acids, and alcohol in an academic town @ Tamachi By chance, through an introduction, I was urgently admitted to the University of Sake lol. The assignment was to bring a bottle of champagne or wine🍷. The participants were all certified sommeliers and experts in their fields. The drinks that everyone brought were all wonderful, from the rarest to the best of the best. Mine was the most subtle. Woah, sorry about that...💦. The special menu for this meeting was a collaboration of Sekauma oysters and meat ❤️. We drank, ate, and learned (*practical skills). The customary belly-button-punching laughter.
