The restaurant offers a fusion of originality and tradition in Italian cuisine, such as inzimino with smelted squid and wilted spinach and focaccia with homemade aonori (green laver). The menu also features dishes such as chrysanthemum puree, stewed gialla, Puglia-style orecchiette with rape blossoms, and even a rare dish of whelk and Ofunato octopus, all of which highlight the freshness of the ingredients and skillful cooking methods.

Opened on July 5, 2016. The restaurant was named after the owner, who was a "cheerful man = AURELIO" when he was training in Italy.

A native of Yamaguchi Prefecture, he became interested in the restaurant business during his college years in Tokyo, which led him to pursue his own business. After training in Italy, he opened a restaurant specializing in natural wine and Italian regional cuisine in 2016. He values communication with customers and provides warm and friendly service under the motto "fun = the strongest theory.
