We will prepare it according to your preferences. Please let us know how many servings you need and your budget. In the sashimi preparation process, we handle each type of fish carefully to preserve its flavor. We meticulously remove small bones and cut the fish in a way that enhances its deliciousness. Doing the obvious things in an obvious way... That's why it's a delicious dish!
A part with firm flesh and irresistible flavor. Enjoying it with sake leads to a blissful moment of satisfaction.
We also have seasonal fresh ingredients. The raw oysters are large, firm, and have a plump texture with a creamy flavor.
For that comforting finish, a warm miso soup that soothes both the mind and body. 'It would be nice to have this at the end, wouldn't it? It feels so comforting.' That's why the price is set at 10 yen.
Really 10 yen
A dry junmai sake made with 100% rice from Gifu Prefecture. It has a ginjo aroma reminiscent of green apples and a refreshing, crisp, and light drinking experience.
Characterized by a gentle aroma and a softly spreading umami, with a refreshing spiciness. There is a slight acidity that can be felt, but it is rather pleasant.
Awarded a silver medal at the International Wine Challenge 2015. A dry flavor that also possesses a softness.
You can enjoy the freshness that has been slowly cold-aged and the richness of the aging. This is a locally limited sake made with the famous water from the Nagaragawa River and rice from Gifu Prefecture, produced in small quantities.
Focusing on domestically contracted cultivated rice, we have fully extracted the umami of the rice using natural water from Rokko and Hakutsuru's unique Shin-Mizukaze yeast. It has a rich flavor with a clean aftertaste.
A pure rice sake made from 100% sake-brewing suitable rice 'Yamada Nishiki'. Its moderate acidity stimulates the appetite, making it perfect as a food pairing sake.
The aroma rising from the sake glass is more vibrant compared to typical Junmai Ginjo, with a pleasant strawberry-like fragrance that spreads comfortably.
