Cocktail built around the legendary Carlshamns Flaggpunsch. This traditional Swedish liqueur with notes of cinnamon, rum & dried fruits is fortified with pineapple infused rum and flavours then bridged with sherry. Dry but fruity- kind of like a cosmo, but Scandinavian.
Developing as a hybrid between Sidecar & Mimosa. Lots of layered flavours here that beautifully complement each other. Sesame works well with orange, cognac gives it a slight punch, Suze makes the experience last and provides a bittersweet finish. Perfect celebration cocktail.
An exciting sour combining a few unusual ingredients. It results in a tart, fruity and yet dry cocktail. Mastiha is a liqueur from a tree resin– it can only be sourced from the island of Chios, Greece. Grappa is made from pomace- the leftovers of wine making and Eau de Vie de Framboise is simply a pure spirit made using loads of raspberries – amazingly floral.
We use our organic coffee beans whole and slowly infuse the vermouth until it is just right. Garnished with a square of coffee chocolate.
This is a riff on one of the most riffed on cocktails of all time, the ‘Last Word’. There are more than 20 variations, but we think ours stands out. A new modern classic – invented here at Smiths.
Doesn’t need much explanation. Main bit about this one is the balance. We think we got it just right.
Loads of bartenders tried to do twists and modifications of this classic. This drink gets better the simpler you make it. We are only adding a drop of foamer, resulting in more stable foam. Oh yeah and a chocolate flake because that seems more enjoyable than three coffee beans.
Some say invented in The Pendennis club, Louisville, Kentucky in 1881. The history of one of the most well-known cocktails might be much older though. Back when the spirits were not great quality the taste usually got covered up with sugar & bitters. Nowadays it’s a different story.
Evolved from the Martinez cocktail, dating back to the 1800's this is one of the most recognised cocktails in the world. Did you know that Vodka Martini has actually been called The Kangaroo cocktail for over 100 years? Let us know how you’d like yours!
