Dishes that cherish the seasons keep coming out, and it makes me excited. The fragrant bowl and the rice full of matsutake flavor particularly stayed in my heart. The crabs from Setouchi are firm and you can really feel the umami. There is thoughtfulness in the dishes and the sake, and just looking at them is enjoyable. The homemade fruit liquor is easy to drink and pairs well with the food. The hospitality is warm, and you can spend a relaxed and happy time.

The interior is new and clean, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. There is attention to detail in the dishes, tableware, and drinks, which is delightful. The seasonal flow is felt, with the matsutake mushroom soup, a beautifully grilled dish, and rice steamed in a pot leaving a lasting impression. The short season of the snow crab is also available, conveying the strength of the season. The handmade plum wine and ponkan citrus liquor have a wonderful aroma, offering a unique taste that can only be found here. With the warm hospitality of the staff and the joy of seeing the ingredients, one can enjoy a happy time.
