This is authentic Hokkaido miso ramen. The soup is rich, the noodles are plentiful, the chashu is thick, the bean sprouts are a classic addition, and the minced meat that comes out as a final touch when finishing the soup is delicious in every way.
Although it is salt ramen, the soup is creamy, and you can still enjoy it without feeling out of place.
The appearance is similar to regular miso ramen, but the soup is quite spicy. However, even though it is spicy, it has a mild spiciness that pairs well with the noodles and toppings, allowing you to enjoy it deliciously without worrying about the heat.
As the name suggests, the soup of this ramen is bright red and looks very spicy. However, the noodles and toppings blend well with the spiciness of the soup, and by the end of the meal, you may find it more delicious than spicy. However, finishing the soup may be challenging for those who are not big fans of spicy food.
