【Hakoya's New Specialty ♪】Carefully prepared like Daiginjo, maintaining the quality of the meat and enhancing its flavor, it is cooked at low temperature for over 6 hours. After that, the outer layer of the meat is shaved like polishing rice, using only the finest cuts that resemble a vibrant pink color. We select domestic black-haired beef of A3 rank with a moderate degree of marbling.
