Sitting at the counter, I can easily chat with the chef, and it immediately puts me in a good mood. The specialty chicken sashimi platter has a firm texture, and with every bite, the umami spreads, making it the best. The fresh fish platter I ordered alongside it had varieties I don't usually encounter, which was exciting. The sake recommended by the staff paired well with the sashimi, and I found myself enjoying it more and more. The fried and simmered dishes were also seasoned carefully, and I felt that there was no wrong choice. With a bright interior and pleasant service, it's a wonderful place where I want to linger with good friends.
