Our chicken curry is cooked without any water, using only the moisture from onions and chicken. We use sweet onions from Hokkaido that vary by season, and we sauté them slowly to bring out their sweetness, resulting in a rich and deep flavor that spreads in your mouth. We blend 17 different types of spices.
