Our duck farm's Nurungji Baeksuk is characterized by its rich flavor, which is enhanced by the addition of samchae, mung beans, and perilla seed powder, setting it apart from typical Nurungji Baeksuk. The broth is made by simmering duck bones for 48 hours, and to eliminate any gamey smell from the duck, we add over ten types of herbal ingredients and maitake mushrooms, which may cause the duck meat to appear slightly dark.
