We use fresh napa cabbage directly sourced from contracted farmers in Nagano and Ibaraki. This special kimchi is made by pickling the napa cabbage with carefully selected ingredients such as celery, apples from Nagano Prefecture, and garlic from Aomori Prefecture. It is free from chemical seasonings. To maintain quality, we use chili peppers that are crushed in our own factory, and every step from salting to the final pickling is done carefully by hand. Price: 275 yen per person, free for elementary school children and under.
