The okonomiyaki is made in the so-called Osaka style, where the ingredients are mixed into the dough and cooked slowly and carefully. The amount and spiciness of the sauce can be adjusted to your liking, but I had it by default. The crispy dough with the texture of cabbage is pleasant, and the flavor of the sauce, which is not too strong, spreads gently. The okonomiyaki itself is also elegant, and the mackerel the customer next to us was eating had a wonderful flavor. With a detailed menu of items available in addition to the menu, we were surprised that we could not fully appreciate the charm of this restaurant in just one or two visits.
