The sushi enjoyed while gazing at the sea is delightful, and I feel excited the moment I sit down. The omakase flow brings out a succession of nigiri and small plates, each with a wonderful aroma and meticulous preparation. The red vinegar rice is perfectly firm, enhancing the deliciousness of the toppings. The Spanish mackerel is deliciously seasoned with salt, and the grilled eel has a fluffy texture that left a lasting impression. The chawanmushi with salmon roe, sea urchin, and striped jack are also very satisfying. The view is beautiful, and the staff are friendly, making it a relaxing experience when you make a reservation.
