Upon entering the restaurant, the polite and appropriately distanced service feels pleasant. It's enjoyable to watch the cooking process right in front of you, and you can't help but be captivated. The meat releases its flavor the more you chew, and it's tender with a good melt-in-your-mouth quality. The salad is abundant with vegetables, and the appetizers, including tartar and stews, are all deliciously balanced. The wine selection is trustworthy, and you can confidently rely on the knowledgeable staff's recommendations. The seating is private and calming, and the wine cellar is beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere.
