Hayasakiya

Hayasakiya is a specialty shop for satsuma-age located along National Route 10. The satsuma-age, which highlights the flavor of the fish used, offers a rustic taste that captivates the locals. The variety, including options with vegetables and wood ear mushrooms, is particularly appealing. It is loved by many and is often used as a gift, for home consumption, or as an ingredient in oden.
