Nanaken Namasho is a sake produced by the first generation owner, Ihei Nakaya, in the third year of Kanen (1750). He was impressed by the quality of the water in Hakushu and established the sake brewery 'Nanaken' in Taigahara on the Koshu Kaido. This sake, made with water from Hakushu (spring water from Mt. Kaikomagatake), is bottled immediately with minimal sterilization to preserve the fresh aroma and flavor. It is characterized by its freshness, juiciness, and a unique aroma. Ingredients: Hitogokochi and Asahi no Yume polished rice ratio: 70% Alcohol content: 16%
A Japanese cider born in 1925. This cider, made using the low-hardness natural water from Mt. Fuji rich in minerals, is characterized by a refreshing taste with moderate sweetness. It has won the Gold Award at the Monde Selection for three consecutive years since 2012.
