We have prepared three courses featuring Amami Kurobuta "Akarinton" and other island bounty. The "Aya" course features "Akarinton", a pork dish made from Amami's Kurobuta (black pig) and other island delicacies. The "Sai" course features pork shabu shabu using "Akarinton" and other colorful dishes such as island mozuku seaweed, sea grapes, and island vegetables.

In the [Megumi] course, you can enjoy a variety of Amami's bounty such as Kurobuta Shabu (black pig), island mozuku seaweed and umi budou (sea grapes) as well as grilled bonito.

The representative brand of the brewery, 'Ryugu', is made from carefully selected brown sugar and uses black koji for both primary and secondary fermentation, carried out in clay pots that have been used for over 40 years. It has a sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits, and when tasted, a rich and thick flavor of brown sugar spreads in the mouth. A limited edition liquor that has been aged for over 5 years in oak barrels, made from brown sugar shochu distilled at normal pressure.
