This course starts with the tuna yukke, which is made from the same tuna used at our sister restaurant, Sushi No Yuya. Next, three kinds of sashimi with rock salt, Yuya's specialty, will be served. The main course is grilled fish, including fatty tuna toro, Spanish mackerel tataki and Japanese salmon, followed by three seasonal fish dishes according to the season of the day of your reservation. Of course, we will also add two grilled vegetables of seasonal Japanese origin. To end the course, we will serve our original grilled fish such as natural sea bream marinated in miso and served with sansho chazuke (Japanese pepper stew). The above 12 dishes will be served.
We will start with the Hon Tuna Yukke. Then, three kinds of sashimi and two recommended shellfish from the tank will be served on a luxurious boat. In addition, a large tiger prawn swimming vigorously in the same tank will be skewered and served with a dance. The main courses are fatty "throat black" and "snow crab. For grilled fish, we will prepare three seasonal fish dishes based on the season of the day of your reservation, such as tuna toro, Spanish mackerel tataki, and Japanese salmon. We will also add three seasonal grilled vegetables of domestic origin, and at the end of the course, we will serve our original grilled fish such as sea bream marinated in miso and served with sansho chazuke (Japanese pepper stew). We will provide you with a total of 16 dishes.
This is a luxurious course. We start with the tuna yukke (yukke), followed by a gorgeous oversized boatload of five kinds of sashimi and three other dishes such as abalone, clams, and turban shells freshly removed from the tank in which we pride ourselves. For the main course, we offer a lobster, which swims vigorously in the tank, split in half, and a steak of kamatoro, a rare part of the tuna. Throat blackfish and king crab legs are also included. For grilled fish, we will prepare four dishes of the best fish of the day of your reservation, including sea bream and yellowtail toro. The course concludes with grilled fish such as sea bream marinated in miso and served with sansho chazuke (Japanese pepper stew). We will provide you with a total of 18 dishes.
