On Fridays and Saturdays, the bar is open until morning, so you can enjoy yourself leisurely even if you miss the last train. The atmosphere inside is friendly, and the staff members greet you with smiles, making it a comfortable place even for solo visitors. The signature dish, oden, has a gentle flavor that is perfect for a late-night snack after drinking. You can choose from three flavors for the chicken: aonori shichimi, sour cream, and chili pepper, which adds to the fun. The quail egg and homemade potato salad are also perfect snacks, and I couldn't stop eating. It's a cozy place that I remember when I want to drink leisurely in Ikebukuro.

When you drop by casually, the calm counter welcomes you and puts you at ease. The oden, soaked in dashi, has daikon and eggs that are surprisingly tender, with a gentle flavor. Adding a bit of mustard enhances the umami, making it hard to stop eating. The signature chicken is freshly fried and crispy, and there's joy in sprinkling your favorite powder on it. A drink paired with the oden's dashi seeps into your body and warms your heart. The friendly staff engages in plenty of conversation, so you can feel comfortable even when you're alone.
