Col Fondo literally means “With the Bottoms ”. Col Fondo goes through a secondary fermentation in the bottle with the yeast lees kept to preserve the wine add complexity to the palate. No Sulphur or Sugar is added: Zero Dosage! Subtle lemon butter a creamy toasty aroma enhances the savoury dry palate that finishes crisp yet soft on the palate.
