The interior exudes a calm izakaya-style atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy their meals in a relaxed setting. The udon, made with a rich kombu broth, is exquisite, and the saltiness of the wakame enhances its sweetness in a truly remarkable way. When I casually walked in, the fragrant broth was the first thing that impressed me. The umami of the kombu was strong, and the yuzu added a light touch, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The handmade-style noodles were chewy, had just the right amount of firmness, and slid down smoothly. The beef stew topping was tender, with a good balance of fat and lean meat, complementing the broth well. The curry had a mild spiciness and richness, pairing nicely with the udon. There are many varieties, and despite looking less substantial, they are quite filling. It can get crowded, but you can enjoy it in a relaxed manner.

This is a calm, semi-basement shop located up the slope near the station. The interior is more spacious than I expected, with both counter and table seating, making it easy to enter whether alone or in a group. There are various types of udon, and it's fun to choose which one to have. The white udon with pork has a hint of ginger, and the broth has a gentle flavor. The noodles are not too slippery, but rather chewy and easy to handle with chopsticks, pairing perfectly with the shichimi on the table. It was popular and bustling, but the portions were more substantial than they appeared, leaving a strong sense of satisfaction after the meal.

Recommended for those who do not drink much or whose participants include people under 20 years old. A minimum of 2 drinks per person must be ordered separately. (All-you-can-drink is not included.)

"Bamboo Course (2.5h)" from 3,500 yen per person (tax included)

This is a reasonable and economical course with one more dish, 30 minutes longer than the Ume Course, and all-you-can-drink option. If you make a reservation without all-you-can-drink, you will be required to order at least 2 drinks per person. (Cannot be changed to all-you-can-drink on the day of reservation) The drinking title (extra ¥1500/2h) is available (reservation required for a minimum of 4 persons).

"Matsu Course (2.5h)" from 5,000 yen per person (tax included)

This special course includes upgraded dishes from the Bamboo Course, plus dessert! If you make a reservation without all-you-can-drink, you will be required to order at least 2 drinks per person. (Cannot be changed to all-you-can-drink on the day of reservation) The drink menu (¥1500/2hours) is available for a minimum of 4 people (reservation required).

A special course to arrange Japanese soup stock into Western-style dishes and marry them with wine. Reservations can be made for a minimum of 12 persons. You can choose a bottle of wine from our wine list or bring in a bottle of wine only, You may bring in your own bottle of wine for a separate fee of ￥1000 per bottle (tax included).
