Summer Festival Although the number of ryotei restaurants in Aichi Prefecture has been decreasing, we went to a long-established ryotei restaurant that has been in business for 100 years since our ancestors' establishment. All rooms have a view of the Japanese garden (; ・・`д・´) and we were politely shown around the airy rooms. I'd love to dine in a gorgeous room at night (๑̀ㅂ-́)و✧ Summer festive meal 1 fold for 2 persons, 3000 yen Soft-boiled abalone Pork belly wrapped in shida Grilled sardine with sakekasu Grilled sea bass with sakekasu wrapped in isobe wrapper rolled chicken with Naruto smoked shishamo and scallop dumpling of Ishikawa sweet potato, sweet potato and potato Deep-fried prawns with corn flakes You can feel the love of the artisans! And while we were waiting for the fold... surprise! Oh, my gosh........such a surprise! They checked my Instagram post when I made the reservation and remembered my birthday (; ・・`д・´) Thank you so much ( ✧Д✧) Kak!!!! I'm so happy to have been treated to such a delicious summer festive meal... I feel like I'm at a ryotei (; ・・`д・´) Thank you so much for the food!

Lunch Course We are back again at a long-established ryotei restaurant that has been in business for 100 years, and there are not many places that continue to maintain the tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation. At the entrance... The customer is God. The curtain is decorated with a handwritten quote by Haruo Samba. The private rooms are well ventilated and corona-proofed. Since we arrived early, we were able to take a peek at each room. In fact, we have become good friends since our last "Summer Festival", and this time we came here to enjoy a lunch course meal ( ✧Д✧) Kak! Even though we were a small group, we had a nice private room prepared for us (๑-̀ㅂ-́)و✧ and on weekdays you can also enjoy a private room for the autumn mini course for 3,500 yen (; ・・`д・´). This time, we told them our budget in advance, and they agreed to a 7,000 yen course (✧Д✧). ⚪︎ Appetizer Sesame Tofu, Anago Chakin, Jujube, Sasa Kamaboko, etc. ⚪︎ Soup: Acorn and rice cake soup ⚪︎ Sashimi Thinly sliced sea bream, kanpachi, homemade salmon roe ⚪︎ grilled red sea bream with sake salt ⚪︎ STEAMING Kinshu Manjuu (steamed bun) with silver bean paste ⚪︎ STEAMED SANNAKE TAMA MUSHRIMUSHI ⚪︎ Deep-fried fish paste, deep-fried bigeye with aroma of fish paste and hamo fish paste wrapped in Toji wrapper. ⚪︎ Vinegared scallop with persimmon ⚪︎ Rice with shrimp, red miso soup, pickled vegetables ⚪︎ fig wine jelly Anago chakin, Donko sukimono, and the beauty of thinly sliced sashimi (；・・`д・´) show the craftsmen's careful workmanship. Of course, all the elaborate dishes are delicious, and the owner's smile is so beautiful. The elegant dishes that are brought to you slowly... and the atmosphere of the room and the garden is also very relaxing. Of course, I bought the "Autumn Festival" for 2,350 yen as a souvenir this time as well (๑̀ㅂ́)و✧It was colorful and the craftsmanship shone through (; ・・`д・´). My acquaintance was very pleased that he could enjoy the feeling of a ryotei restaurant in the comfort of his own home!
