Triple the fine aroma hops. A super premium beer characterized by its noble and refreshing bitterness, and a crisp deliciousness. It has been recognized by brewers in Germany for its taste, praised as 'Edel Bitter' (noble bitterness). Enjoy the carefully crafted flavor.
Made with mountain spring water from the Alps and six types of herbs (European elderberry, mint, arnica, lovage, nutmeg, and quince), along with high-quality malt and hops. After aging, the yeast is not removed, allowing you to enjoy the texture of the yeast. This cloudy beer has a delicate impression reminiscent of the white flower 'Edelweiss' from the Alps, with a refreshing herbal taste and a hint of sweetness and acidity.

The beer produced by a small brewery located in the city of Akita is original and full of passion. Now, most of the beer from the tanks is shipped to the metropolitan area.

Japanese gin 'WABIJIN' is a representation of the traditional techniques of shochu, a distilled spirit that represents Japan, and the diverse natural environment that nurtures botanicals. It is a gin that expresses the traditional techniques and nature of Kagoshima. Using kumquat and keisen (cinnamon) leaves harvested in Minamisatsuma Tsunaki, where the distillery is located, along with nine types of botanicals harvested from various regions in Kagoshima and juniper berries, which are the core of gin, it is uniquely crafted, distilled, and blended.
YUZUGIN" is named after the terroir of the brewery, "Aburatsu," and "gin" is written as "YUZU" and "gin" respectively. The nine carefully selected botanicals weave together a bright Western aroma and a deep Japanese aroma, each with its own distinct character, and yet beautifully blended together to tickle the nose.
■BRUTUS (Brutus) September 15, 2017 issue [A bar you can visit for 20 years.] Featured Alchemie Tatsumi Distillery's first release limited gin. Owner Tatsumi met during the harvest season of New Zealand's Kusuda Wine. He worked at a winery from spring to autumn and at a shochu and sake brewery in winter, visiting and tasting fine wines from around the world, accumulating wonderful experiences. To express the results of these experiences, he established a distillery in Gujo Hachiman, a town of water. It is a fragrant and pure gin.
It begins with a very fresh aroma, followed by a bouquet of fragrant flavors. Citrus plays a perfect harmony with spiciness, complemented by floral accents and the refreshing notes of juniper. On the palate, a fruity taste unfolds, with flavors of lemon, jasmine, and a hint of pepper creating a vibrant and fresh harmony that sets it apart from others.
A sweetness reminiscent of vanilla, a cream-like smoothness, and the kindness, depth, and profound love that only a true champion can convey to the drinker.
A strong aroma of peat, iodine, and seaweed (which some may find reminiscent of medicinal camphor) emerges abundantly. Following that, a faintly refreshing citrus scent arrives.
The powerful peaty smoke typical of Islay, infused with iodine, tickles the nostrils with a soft and fragrant aroma of various fruits. The taste combines fresh citrus fruits, the sweetness of vanilla, and a robust yet refined peaty smoke, flowing smoothly over the tongue. A fresh and pleasantly crisp peaty finish ties everything together.

It has a smooth texture and a fragrant finish.
Maker's Mark is aged for about six years in white oak barrels. The char level of the barrel's interior is a moderate level 3, which brings out a vanilla-like sweetness while suppressing tannins and burnt odors.
