This is a fruit parfait topped with seasonal fruits. It consists of a berry frozen yogurt bar, fruit sorbet, walnuts, ice cream, and cream. The seasonal fruits on top change depending on the season.
Bavarois, which was said to be a popular product alongside pudding and coffee jelly during the Showa era. Now, there are few places where you can eat it, but I recreated the taste of strawberry bavarois that was made at the owner's fruit shop based on memory. Enjoy it with berries and mint.
Chocolate banana, which I always ate at festival stalls. I made homemade banana ice cream using bananas and cocoa powder. Definitely with cinnamon powder and bananas.
Decaf is also available.
