The dishes are prepared with special recipes that are only available in the "Party Plan" and include plenty of seafood, meat, and fresh vegetables, and are sure to enhance your dining experience. This course includes a meal for 3,500 yen + all-you-can-drink (standard plan & sparkling wine) for 1,500 yen. Other drink plans are also available.

Seafood and spring vegetables sautéed in garlic oil. You can enjoy it with two types of sauces: the 'anchovy sauce' that pairs well with seafood, and the slightly bitter 'watercress sauce' that complements the vegetables.
This minestrone is slowly simmered with spring cabbage, carrots, and Baron potatoes, and sautéed bacon, then served with Grana Padano cheese and parsley.
