Grilled fish and seafood cooked by the ama (woman divers) are fresh and delicious. The meat of nagareko and turban shells is creamy and not bitter. Also, Japanese common squid is easy to cut and eat. Mirin-marinated barracuda and dried Spanish mackerel are also delicious. Finally, you can also enjoy hijiki kamameshi and aosa miso soup. In addition to the food, I enjoyed the time spent listening to the lady's stories.
