해녀 아줌마가 요리하는 구운 생선과 해산물은 신선하고 맛있다. 가자미와 소라살의 살은 부드럽고 씁쓸하지 않다. 또한 오징어는 자르기 쉽고 먹기 편하다. 미림에 절인 가자미와 말린 삼치도 맛있게 먹을 수 있다. 마지막으로 톳 가마솥밥과 아오자미 된장국도 맛볼 수 있다. 음식과 함께 아주머니의 이야기를 듣는 시간도 즐거웠다.
