Ikkomon refers to a stubborn person in the dialect of southern Kyushu. It is made solely from sweet potatoes and sweet potato koji, characterized by its lack of off-flavors and the naturally sweet aroma and refreshing taste of high-quality sweet potato koji.
This authentic sweet potato shochu is made using high-quality Satsuma sweet potatoes 'Kogane Senkan' from the northern Satsuma region of Kagoshima Prefecture, and is brewed with the famous water sourced from the majestic Shiboyama mountain range.
