Now only one turn for lunch and dinner each.

Kobayashi Shokudo is a restaurant that offers exquisite dishes blending the richness of Italian cuisine with the delicacy of French cooking. You can enjoy authentic teppanyaki cuisine without any pretensions. The flow of the course is excellent, and you feel excited from the very first dish. The tuna steak is cooked to perfection, and it pairs wonderfully with the rich ponzu butter sauce. The beef tendon tomato gratin has a great balance of umami and acidity, making it a memorable dish. The steak becomes sweeter with each bite and can be enjoyed simply with rock salt. The garlic rice is also very delicious, and you will be satisfied all the way to dessert, with the staff's attentiveness being very pleasant.

The interior is spacious, and the counter has enough room to feel relaxed. Each dish is prepared with care, and all of them were delicious. The pairing of prosciutto and torta fritta, as well as the combination of burrata and fruit, particularly stood out to me. The fried egg with bottarga, and the bottarga pasta also had a rich flavor that paired well with wine. The staff were kind, and their explanations of the dishes and wine were clear, making for a comfortable atmosphere. I feel that it is a cozy space that is easy to use for dates or gatherings.
This place is good, delicious.
The rice is made of rice vinegar and red vinegar, which are changed according to the ingredients, and all are well balanced.
The tuna, chutoro (medium fatty tuna), vinegared and kombu-jime (kelp jelly) are all well balanced and not too sharp.
The owner is friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed.
The additional chutoro tuna roll was the best I've ever had.
I will come back again. The price is also normal.
