(@nikumon_takeyamachi)NIKUMON is the first restaurant in Kyoto to be certified to handle Manyo beef. It is said that there are 20,000 yakiniku restaurants in Japan, but there are only 94 restaurants where you can eat Manyo beef, which is a miracle. Manyogyu is a cow that won the honor of being the best in Japan at the All-Japan Wagyu Beef Proficiency Show (Wagyu Olympics). Recently, Wagyu cattle have become more and more abundant in meat and marbling in a short period of time due to the improvement of their pedigree and the progress of fattening techniques. Among them, "Tottori Inaba Manyo Beef" is a special breed. It is a rare black Wagyu beef that has achieved stable quality through "integrated management," in which efforts are made to improve fat and meat quality by going back to the basics of "delicious beef" and managing the entire process from calf to shipment. It is characterized by the low melting point of its fat, which melts easily in the mouth and has a fine flavor. The crisp, clean fat has a texture like fine butter. Simply put, it is a Japanese black beef that does not upset the stomach even in the marbled parts. It is a miracle cow that has won many prizes at breed fairs.
