This is a luxurious pasta set using ingredients from producers all over Japan. The set menu includes 2-3 appetizers, homemade bread, and your choice of a main course of pasta and beverage of your choice on the same day.
A dish made with sweet fatty Baku pork from Nara Prefecture, combined with herbs and spices to create Italian sausage. The pairing of the meat's flavor and the fresh broccoli harvested in Takasaki is outstanding.
The red shrimp from Wakayama Prefecture and the slightly bitter spring greens are well combined with a sweet tomato sauce, expressing a complex and gentle flavor.
Pasta with a cream sauce made abundantly with winter vegetables that reach their peak flavor. Each of the five types of vegetables is carefully cooked at low temperature to allow for a luxurious tasting experience.
This dish uses the original Gunma Prefecture salmon 'Super Salmon V3', which is a crossbreed of the 'Hakoshima type' rainbow trout and the 'Steelhead type' rainbow trout from the Gunma Prefectural Fisheries Experiment Station.
