Please enjoy the course of "Kushi-no-Kura" which boasts freshly picked highland vegetables and mushrooms from Nagano Prefecture in Shinshu, a treasure trove of ingredients, tender and delicious Shinshu Fukuji chicken, and "Shinshu Miso" which enhances the flavor of the chicken and its ingredients. We offer a very reasonable price for a casual banquet.
Draft beer is included for GW banquets, reunions, and farewell parties. We will start a banquet at Shinshu power spot with 3 restaurants in Shinjuku Kushi-no-Kura! (We will be happy to consult with you about the all-you-can-drink time, amount, etc. according to your requests (selfishness). Please feel free to contact us.
For a welcome and farewell party! Recommended for seasonal banquets! A course to fully enjoy Shinshu's soul food "Sanzokuyaki". After toasting with meat miso cabbage and salad, enjoy our signature skewers and Shinshu miso dishes. The main dish is juicy "Sanzokuyaki" marinated in a special sauce and deep fried. Finish off the meal with a refreshing bowl of flavorful "Shinshu Nama Soba. This is a hearty and satisfying course filled with the tastes of Shinshu.
