This course boasts Tamaka Shokudo's famous steamed tsukune and steamed yaki-sai as well as steamed pork. Includes 2 hours and 30 minutes of all-you-can-drink draft beer and sours, as well as a full selection of sake and shochu. Up to 40 people can charter the second floor seats. Basically, the minimum number of guests is 20, but depending on the number of reservations, we may be able to accommodate less than 20.

This is a homemade tsukune made with a balanced mix of minced chicken and pork, combined with vegetables in a paste form. It is carefully steamed in our proud steamer, resulting in a fluffy texture. The flavor changes weekly, so please let the staff know if you have any preferences.
This is a healthy dish made by wrapping fresh vegetables with pork, or skewering meat and vegetables, and steaming them in our proud steamer. We have about 10 varieties available, but the types may change depending on the season and supply conditions.
