The owner of the restaurant, who has traveled all over Aomori Prefecture and eaten all the local cuisine, proudly recommends this course! This is a limited course due to the limited number of dishes available. (The menu is subject to change depending on the availability.)
This is a special course that allows you to enjoy our 4 major specialties [freshly cooked sea urchin rice in an earthenware pot, impromptu potato salad, miraculous celebratory large sake cup, seared raw octopus, instant smoked beef tongue] and our signature seafood dishes using local seafood. We have started the "ultimate all-you-can-drink (extra 1,500 yen)," which allows you to enjoy almost all of our alcoholic beverages, in response to customer requests to enjoy delicious drinks at banquets as well.
