Troha's Chicken & Shrimp House

Troha's Chicken & Shrimp House is a long-standing, family-run spot in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood, known for its classic fried seafood. Diners highlight the large, tender shrimp, crisp fried fish and clams, and distinctive homemade coleslaw. The food is prepared to order and meant to be enjoyed right away, often as takeout. Inside, a simple wood-paneled room with sports memorabilia and a few seats creates an unfussy atmosphere.
