For the main course, you will enjoy chicken tataki seared over an open fire, chicken nanban with homemade tartar, and homemade shrimp mayo with a plump texture. The sumptuous eight-course menu finishes with fragrant fried rice and dessert. This is a banquet course that will satisfy you in both volume and taste.

The "Exquisite Nabe Course" features seasonal delicacies and luxurious nabe dishes. The course starts with seasonal appetizers and a colorful pork shabu shabu salad, followed by five kinds of gorgeous fresh fish. The course also includes such delicacies as charcoal-grilled Daisen chicken steak, homemade chicken nanban, and crab bukkake dashimaki tamago (rolled egg with broth). For the main course, enjoy a hot hot pot of richly flavored and delicious motsu-motsu nabe.
