Upon entering the store, a calm and stylish space unfolds, making me feel excited. The counter and tables are nicely arranged, and the aroma wafting from the open kitchen stimulates my appetite. The warm hospitality of the couple is comforting, allowing me to relax like family. The napa cabbage kimchi has an excellent crunch and deep umami flavor, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The cold noodles, which have a strong buckwheat flavor, and the fragrant jeon (Korean pancakes) are also made with care, leaving me impressed. There are many dishes that use plenty of vegetables, allowing me to enjoy the meal lightly until the end.
