Thigh and breast meat of Tamashamo
Original thick omelet made with Sayama tea paste
From Meatopia Saiboku
This is a local sake from Sayama City. It uses rice grown in the Okutomi area of Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture, and the brewing was entrusted to Igarashi Sake Brewery (owned by Mr. Kobayashi, a resident of Sayama City). It is a junmai sake that pairs well with meals. Please enjoy it.
This sake is made using mineral-rich spring water purified through the limestone layers of the Chichibu mountain range and rice specifically for sake brewing, from 'Matsuoka Sake Brewing Co., Ltd.', which has a tradition dating back to the Edo period in Ogawa Town. It has won the gold prize at the National New Sake Appraisal for eight consecutive years. It has a fruity and sweet flavor. Please enjoy.
