This is a refined vegetarian steamed bun filled with Hieizan yuba from Hieizan Yuba Honpo and soy meat, wrapped in a fluffy dough. It features a seal of Hieizan, unique to the grounds of Enryaku-ji Temple on Hieizan. Takeout is also available.
