In a calm space that makes use of an old traditional house, you can spend your time comfortably. The chef's choice course flows well and allows you to fully appreciate the charm of classic French cuisine. The various preparations of the snow crab and the dish layered with turnips create a harmonious taste that is truly impressive. The spiny lobster has a fragrant aroma and its tender meat pairs excellently with rich sauces and risottos. The clear consomme of pheasant and brown bear, as well as the rich soup of bonito and seafood, are expertly cooked, allowing you to enjoy changes in texture and aroma. Each dish, from the tender texture of the black abalone to the pie-wrapped squab and the wild herb jelly, offers surprises, and the service is attentive and pleasant.
