800°DEGREES ARTISAN PIZZERIA proudly presents a dinner-only plan featuring Kanagawa ingredients. The main course is a customized pizza baked in a wood-fired oven at 800° Fahrenheit, and the plan also includes an AMUSE APPETIZER using mainly Miura and Shonan vegetables, fish and meat dishes directly shipped from Yokohama Port, and other limited ingredients. For customers celebrating anniversaries or for those who use the restaurant as a surprise, we will upgrade the dessert to an anniversary plate free of charge.
Limited to 3 groups per day. This is a botanical dessert plate specially made by our chef patissier. This special plate is a combination of several kinds of petit desserts and dried flowers. We will create a special occasion for birthdays, wedding anniversaries, births, graduations, and school admissions, etc. This special plate is available only for customers who dine at our restaurant. 800°DEGREES ARTISAN PIZZERIA's chef's cuisine is a prix fixe pizza lunch course. Starting with a stylish appetizer, the five-course menu includes a customized pizza of your choice, a main dish and dessert. This lunch course allows you to fully enjoy carefully selected Kanagawa ingredients.
This is a luxurious lunch plan that allows you to enjoy both meat and fish and authentic Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven at 800°DEGREES ARTISAN PIZZERIA, a hideaway restaurant located in NEWoMan Yokohama, directly connected to JR Yokohama Station. In addition to the customized pizza with your choice of ingredients, you can enjoy an assortment of vegetable-centered deli items and seasonal desserts as appetizers. An anniversary plate can be added at no extra charge.
This is a special course that can be fully enjoyed by first-time guests, starting with the chef's special amuse and small dishes, followed by a specialty pizza baked in a wood-fired oven at 800° Fahrenheit.
