Takkuri Nabe means 'whole chicken' in Korean. It was a local dish known to some in Korea, but it has gained rapid popularity in recent years. The soup is not spicy and has a deep flavor rich in chicken essence. The whole chicken is cut into pieces with scissors and served with a spicy dipping sauce called 'Sutegi.' Chicken has fatigue recovery effects, making this hot pot dish recommended not only in winter but also in the hot season to prevent summer fatigue. Serves 2-3 people.
