An izakaya where you can enjoy fresh Setouchi seafood and carefully selected local sake

Iwamoto is a hidden gem of an izakaya, quietly standing where you can savor fresh seafood from Setouchi. The chef's choice dishes are exquisite, especially the sea bream rice and sea bream shabu-shabu, which captivate visitors. Additionally, a wide selection of carefully chosen local sake from Ehime and premium shochu is available, allowing for a delightful pairing with the dishes.
