'Tam Jai Sam Gor' is a Michelin Bib Gourmand award-winning noodle shop for three consecutive years and is the No. 1 noodle shop in Hong Kong. It uses gluten-free rice noodles made from rice, allowing customers to freely choose from six types of soup, ten levels of spiciness, and twenty-five types of toppings, creating their own original rice noodle soup from over a million possible combinations. The unique blend of spices in the soup and the chewy, bouncy rice noodles create a complex flavor that offers a new dining experience not previously available in Japan.

At Tan Zai San Ge, we conduct quality checks on the ingredients we use to ensure that our customers can enjoy delicious dishes with peace of mind. Whether domestic or imported, when introducing new ingredients, we obtain specifications and other documents from suppliers based on Toridoll Holdings' quality standards. We verify the safety of each ingredient according to its characteristics, including raw materials, additives, origin, allergens, manufacturing processes, and quality control status. Additionally, when necessary, our specialized personnel conduct investigations at the manufacturing facilities of the ingredients to confirm that they are produced in a hygienic environment and that management and inspections are conducted according to the agreed standards. We continuously conduct inspections of the ingredients used and the products prepared in our stores at Toridoll Holdings' in-house testing laboratory and external third-party inspection agencies to ensure safety is maintained.
