★ On weekdays, we will operate Parts 2 and 3, and on weekends and holidays, we will operate Parts 1, 2, and 3.
■ Reservations
★ Reservations are available for 2 adults or more.
For example, if you want to use it with 1 adult and 1 child, please register as 2 adults, and the child will be charged at the soft drink all-you-can-drink price of the selected plan.
★ When registering, if you enter the number of adults and the date first, the available plans and availability will be displayed.
If only the child plan or optional menu is displayed, it means that the number of adults registered does not meet the requirement, and you will need to increase the number of adults.
- For adult customers, the all-you-can-drink option will be uniform.
* It is not possible to mix different types of all-you-can-drink options during registration.
- If there are minors, pregnant individuals, or those who will be driving, it is possible to change to the soft drink all-you-can-drink option. Please indicate the number of people and the reason in the remarks section. We will make the changes after your registration.
- If you only order optional menus, we will process a cancellation.
- Customers aged 6 and older must order a plan for the number of people.
- For meal plans, only cut vegetables, cut fruits, and snacks (excluding whipped cream) and drinks can be brought in.
■ Seating and Booths
- The maximum capacity of one booth is 8 people (adults).
* For 9 people or more, 2 booths will be used; for 17 people or more, 3 booths will be used, depending on the number of people.
* Please note that adjustments may be made during busy times, and specific seating requests are not allowed.
■ For Customers with BBQ Bring-in Reservations
- Please be sure to check the explanatory text listed in the menu.
- Food bring-in reservations and side menus cannot be used together.
■ Cancellation Policy
- If you order a BBQ food bring-in reservation, the cancellation fee after 18:00 the day before your use will be the full amount of the usage fee.
- If you order a BBQ plan or glamping BBQ plan, there will be no cancellation fee up to 4 days before.
A cancellation fee of half the amount will occur from 3 days before.
The cancellation fee will be the full amount for cancellations on the day before and the day of.
* In the case of a typhoon, there will be no cancellation fee up to 2 days before.
* For private reservations, regardless of the plan used, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply from 13 days before, and 100% from 5 days before.
* Changes in dates or total amount reductions are also subject to the cancellation policy.
■ Regarding Business Suspension Due to Bad Weather (Strong Winds, etc.)
- Due to bad weather, the BBQ venue may suspend operations for safety reasons.
- If the weather worsens after your arrival and operations are suspended, we will not refund any payments made, including the usage fee.
- If operations are suspended, we ask that you change the date and continue to use our services.
(In the case of suspension, a deposit fee will be collected in advance and deducted at the next event)
We appreciate your understanding in advance.
- If a typhoon occurs, there will be no charge for cancellations up to 2 days before, but a 100% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations on the day before and the day of.
