The cozy interior of the shop has a warm wooden feel that is calming. The drink lineup is extensive, and you can casually consult about wine pairings. The fermented fruit sour is enjoyable even without alcohol, with pleasant aromas of ginger, tomato, and kiwi. The assorted appetizers are all carefully prepared, and I particularly liked the dish with soft-boiled egg and anchovies, as well as the rillettes. The braised beef cheek in red wine is fragrant with herbs, and the rich sauce combined with the tender meat is irresistible. The uni risotto and uni cream pasta are also smooth, leaving a happy aftertaste that lingers even after the meal.
